• "The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus, and grapefruit flavors.  Solid from front to back, with health and freshness."
• My review:
• There were a lot of bubbles in this wine and it was a little dry.  I mostly tasted citrus fruits.  Based on the Vintage Cellar review I expected it to be sweet, but it was slightly bitter (probably because of the citrus fruit notes). 
• I did not have this wine with food.
