• "Expresses our Chablis minerality and fruity so characteristic in its name.  A wine with good balance and complex from old vines of out plot located between the coast and Vaillons Lechet.  A wine for all occasions!"
• My review:
• This wine had strong apple notes and tasted very mineral-y.  It was much less acidic than the previous white wine, but it was very dry.  I think it would pair well with seafood because of these characteristics.
• I did not have this wine with food.
