• "The bouquet is floral and lightly jammy, with berry aromas and a savory note or two.  To the uninitiated, this is a great introduction to Bonarda.  Finishes solid.  Very sweet, berry smell with some rooty undertones.  Kind of dry, makes your lips pucker."
• My review:
• This is a very intensely flavorful wine with some spice.  I tasted a mixture of earthy, floral, and blackberry flavors.  It definitely made my lips pucker; I think this was due to both the very strong flavors and the dryness.  This wine had a very long finish.  I did not like this wine because it was much too strong and dry for me.
• I did not have this wine with food.
